The Lodge at Copper consists of 31 ski-in/ski-out condominiums located at the base of Copper Mountain's Center Village between Ten Mile Creek and the American Flyer Chairlift  The complex has their own outdoor hot tub where guests and owners can enjoy the outstanding views of the ski slopes and Ten Mile Range mountains.

The Association was incorporated on December 17, 1979 under the Colorado Non Profit Corporation Act.
